Question: When Can I expect my order to ship?

Answer: I make daily trips to the Postal Office so usually within 1-2 business days and same day if order is placed before 3PM. That is the standard for now but as time passes, it could change. This is only for domestic USA orders.

Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: There will be no returns or refunds on any products that have already shipped unless there was an error on our behalf such as a wrong order item was issued or wrong quantity.

Question: Can I request special orders?

Answer: Yes, you can request special orders from me. For example, if you would prefer a certain lip gloss type in a certain tube that I have in my inventory and it cannot be selected on this site, just contact me via phone or email.

Question: Are all of your beauty products vegan and cruelty-free?

Answer: Yes, all of our beauty products are vegan and cruelty free. CharisMwah Beauty takes pride in natural, safe and quality products that are handmade.
